We have a couple of exciting and important announcements to make regarding our annual December 2012 event, so do read on!

Upcoming Events:

Atlantic City Day Trip: September 15th, Saturday

Only a few seats left on our second bus! Join us for our popular and luck-inducing Atlantic City day trip to Taj Trump. We have our regulars who participate every year, and we are looking forward to seeing you win again. Book and save your spot on the bus! Non-members welcome.

Date: September 15th, Saturday
Cost: Non-refundable $30.00 per person. Including $30 in casino chips, and light refreshments for the bus ride. Photo ID is required at casino and must be above 18 years old
Pick Up Time & Venue: 9:00 AM at Olive Garden near East Brunswick Mall, Rt 18
Drop Off Time: 7:00 PM

Annual December Event: Scheduled for December 15th, Saturday 2012

Mark your calendars as we have a date set for December 15th! Please register your kids as soon as possible and if adults want to form one dance group, we would definitely consider the possibility…so reach out to your friends and encourage them to join you on stage. Details on registration below.

For the first time in ICS history, this year the event will be held at North Brunswick High School. Suffice to say, we are sad about leaving our regular East Brunswick High School auditorium but look forward to a new location with an excellent sound system. So sign up, sign up, sign up!

December 2012 Dance Registration Process:
Please note, we will accept your dance registrations only by email to: indianculturalsocietynj@gmail.com.
Dance Registration cut-off date: September 17th, Monday

In your registration email include:
Name of Registrant/s
Parent’s Name
Grade of Child
Age
Telephone Number
Last Choreographer’s Name or Group registered in.

• Once we receive your dance registration, we will email you a Confirmation Letter. If you do not receive a confirmation letter within 5 business days, please contact any committee member to inform us.
• The $25.00 annual Family Membership fee will be collected at the beginning of dance practice by your choreographer.

Please help us regularize our registration by emailing us all pertinent information in time.

Volunteer Choreographers Needed!

Please step up and help your child’s group by being the lead, or assistant, choreographer. All one needs is the ability to instruct the group on how to dance, and need not be a professional dance teacher. Non-members can also be choreographers, so cast your net far and wide within your own circle of friends and family for volunteers.
