ICS welcomes all adults and children to sign up  for dance performances at the ICS Annual Virtual Event 2020.

ICS Annual Virtual Event 2020 is being designed factoring in unique challenges and opportunities. 

A few expected changes are:

• Performing groups will be smaller. This will ensure choreographers are able to showcase each participant in the videos
• Groups may be formed by age groups and not grades. These will be identified as registrations come in.

ICS will creatively represent the groups depending on the number of registrations.

Active Membership for the season “August 2020 to July 2021” is a prerequisite. If not already registered for the new season, click here.

• There is no additional cost to this dance registration. This is a complimentary benefit to the ICS members.
• Some expenses will be incurred related to costumes, props and green screen.

Dance Registration deadline is Saturday, October 24th. Once we reach full capacity or our deadline of October 24th, whichever comes first, we will waitlist the remaining candidates. 

Waitlisted candidates do not need to pay for ICS membership unless we can absorb them in a group. They need to only sign the liability waivers while waitlisted. ICS makes the decision of moving a waitlisted child to a dance group based on a variety of factors, one of which is choreographer’s consent. A waitlisted candidate, once accepted, will be given 24 hours to register, before we move on to the next candidate per our time stamp.
