ICS would like to transition our previously scheduled hybrid event to an in person event.

Registrations have reopened until Monday, November 1st. So hurry and sign-up!

Every year, we strive to bring the community together through our events and this year’s show has been designed to do the same. The decrease in Covid numbers and increase in vaccination status has helped ICS reevaluate the structure of the annual event. With the support of our community, we feel confident that we can hold an in-person event with all possible Covid precautions in place.

A few points:
1. Practices will still be in person with all possible CDC guidelines
2. Date of the show will be moved to the weekend of February 12th to allow for venue scouting and in person tech rehearsal.
3. All previous registrations will be honored first and new ones will be added based on the group capacity of 15. You will be waitlisted once the capacity is reached.
4. Proof of Vaccination will be required to enter the event. We also ask for our patrons to be masked while enjoying the show.

There is no additional cost to this dance registration. This is a complimentary benefit to the ICS members.

Dance Registration deadline is Monday, November 1st. Once we reach full capacity or our deadline of November 1st, whichever comes first, we will waitlist the remaining candidates.

Waitlisted candidates do not need to pay for ICS membership unless we can absorb them in a group. They need to only sign the liability waivers while waitlisting. ICS makes the decision of moving a waitlisted child to a dance group based on a variety of factors, one of which is choreographer’s consent. A waitlisted candidate, once accepted, will be given 24 hours to register, before we move on to the next candidate per our time stamp.
As we slowly start getting out of the pandemic, we at ICS are taking things one at a time, exercising caution but still trying to bring our kids a fun experience. We hope you stay with us and join us in this celebration!
